Progress report

Every effort is made to keep parents well informed of the progress of their child. Monthly/ term, test reports are to be signed and return by the guardians within two days from the date of issuance. Detailed information can be obtained from the school office by submitting an application. At the end of the each term, term tests and at the end of academic year the annual/final examinations are held. The progress reports are to be collected by the parents/guardians.

School administration held two major parent teachers meetings in a year, before the first/second final examinations. It is the responsibility of parents to attend both of the meetings to make their ward best in school. The school administration always announces the day & the date of meeting before the meeting in the circular.

PARENTS / TEACHERS MEETING

Parents are strongly encouraged to attend the regular parent/teacher meeting, where thy can discuss all the aspects of a child's progress in more detail. Where parents can meet with the teacher in other times too but arrangement for such meetings should be made through the Principal; and not directly with the teachers concerned.
